South Philadelphia transit bus driver, Mario Edney, grabbed a woman by the hair, slammed her head into a pole, then threw her off the bus into oncoming traffic at 20th and Washington street after the woman yelled at him for missing her stop. Edney was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, and making terroristic threats. The woman suffered a broken shoulder.
