The Center for Science in the Public Interest plans a lawsuit against Kellogg Co, and Viacom to stop them from marketing junk foods in venues where 15 percent or more of the audience is under 8. It also seeks to stop marketing junk foods through Web sites, toy giveaways, and contests aimed at that age group.FYI: Thurl Ravenscroft, the voice of Tony the Tiger, died last year at the age of 91.
